Application Process-

Middel Realty conducts a fair and thorough background and credit check on every single perspective tenant.  The biggest disqualifiers that people run into with our company are the following:

 

1.Owe money to a previous Landlord

2. Felony conviction(s)

3. Sex Offense(s)

4. Extremely poor credit

We understand that every individual’s story is different, so we do our best to listen to your version of the story, while considering the facts that our agency provides us.  On our application, there is a section you can fill out to explain why a collection or judgment occurred.  This section should be filled out completely so that can interpret the data through a different set of eyes and hopefully assist you in renting the home of your choice..  If there are ever any questions regarding your application, feel free to call us at 970-221-2300 or you can email us at info@middelrealty.com

Note: We recommend telling your employer that we will be contacting them.  If you let them know that we will be calling, this will help move the process along much quicker.

 

 

Consider filling out an application if you want a particular house. If you are just looking around and have not found the right home just yet, but dont feel that it is time to submit your application, feel free to fill out our Customer Form that will allow us the privilege of keeping you up to date about homes coming available.

4. This is the important part. Fill out your fill legal name and a valid Email address. There is no need to change the "Key Algorithm" or " Use Digital ID for" selections. After you have filled out the important fields, click NEXT >

6. Make a password that you can remember. This digital ID is going to be used in the future, and the password is required do nobody else can sign your name. You may consider writing it down or making is really simple. After you have typed in your password, you click FINISH.

8. Now that you have signed it, at the top of the screen, you will see save the save icon. Now again, I recommend saving the document on your desktop and then attaching it the same way you attach all documents and email the application to us manually. I like adobe, but I know for a fact that if I attach the file, I type in Info@middelrealty.com I know that I sent it. That always calms my nerves.

HOW TO FILL OUT THE ONLINE APPLICATION

You must fill out all required fields in order to sign the document. The steps below should help you sign and send the application. Some folks expereinece trouble with the application, so if you care to print it off and fill it out by hand, click HERE.

 

1. A Add Digital ID box will appear after all required fields have been filled out.

2. Select the bottom option of "A new digital ID I want to create now" and then click NEXT >

 

3. There is no need to change the selection of "New PKCS#12 digital ID File"

5. I recommend saving the file somewhere on your computer that is easy to find. I always save my files on the Desktop so that it is very easy to find. In order to do that, you have to click : Browse, and then on the Left side you should see your "Desktop" icon. I would label something that you will remember just in case.

7. Now you will see your name is large letters and you have to type your password one more time to sign the document. You can choose to lock the document or not.Step 6
