We have rented from Middel Realty for over two years. I have to say that I don’t know if I would be able to rent from anyone else again. Middel Realty really takes care of their houses. Not only do they keep up with house maintenance extremely well, they respond to repair calls instantly. We called Middel Realty one day because our dishwasher stopped working, within four hours of the phone call we had a brand new dishwasher installed! This is the norm. It’s nice to rent from a company whose employees are kind and have integrity. I have seen Matt many times shovel the drive way and walk of an elderly women who lives across the street. He is never too busy to give a hand when needed. I sincerely appreciate this; it helps set the tone for the whole neighborhood. I have rented from other property management companies in Fort Collins, but none of them compare to Middel Realty. The quality of homes and services they are offer are the best in Fort Collins. You can’t go wrong with Middel Realty!

Hey Middel Realty, Thank You!

We’ve been a client for over 6 years and have been very happy. Great office staff, always ready to help and always available. Maintenance and upkeep has been way above average. A dripping faucet or an appliance that’s quit working, fixed within a day, always! Even the dreaded hot water heater failure, fixed within 24 hours on a holiday weekend. When you start comparing Middel’s properties in the area it makes it hard to consider going any other way. Nice homes in the more desirable areas and very competitive price wise. Now if Matt would just take us seriously when we have occasionally mentioned buying the house we’re in…

Middel Realty has been great to work with. Most realty companies put stipulations on their rentals such as “Only people 23 years and older.” Being only 21 and 19, and having a 3 year old living with us, we didn’t meet these qualifications, so there weren’t very many companies that would work with us. When I saw Middel, one of the first questions I asked was if they had an age limit. Matt told me there wasn’t an age limit, as long as we seemed like good, stand-up people. After just meeting Matt one time, he had no problem with us renting a house from his company. He did business exactly as it says on their website, “with a Handshake and a Promise.” After signing our contract, we moved in to our exquisite house. In the first couple of months, we gave Matt a few reasons to think he made a mistake. We ran into some hard times and had trouble coming up with our rent on time. Everyone at Middel was very understanding and worked with us to get through our hard times. Middel has been amazing in everything they have done, and I plan staying with them as long as possible. Anyone looking for a house in Fort Collins should definitely choose Middel Realty. Thank you to Matt and all the wonderful people at Middel Realty for everything you have done for us!!!!!

Wanted to thank Middel Realty for the great experience my family and I had moving into our home. We were in a bit of a hurry and had just a couple of weeks to find a place and relocate from the Midwest. Your website set up is great! It was fantastic to see the videos of the homes for rent. I would go back and forth viewing them every time a question would pop into my mind about what we needed in a home and since the video was a complete walk through of the home, catching every detail, it made it easy to see that the home had everything we were looking for.
I also wanted to give a big thank you to Cristian for making the rental process so smooth and stress free for us. We were so grateful that she was available to meet on a Sunday to show us the house when we came into town short on time.

We highly recommend the rental homes offered by Middel Realty. We initially rented from them in September 2003, planning on staying only temporarily. However, we have happily continued to renew our lease for the past seven years! The homes are of high quality and are very well maintained. Leasing from Middel Realty has truly been a blessing for me. I have been a tenant of Middel’s since 2009 and can honestly say that it’s been a wonderful experience. After going through a divorce and experiencing financial devastation (like a lot of people), Middel has allowed me start over and “move on” with my life. As a working single mother of two young children, Middel has provided me with a tremendous sense of security and enabled me to provide a stable environment for my children. The neighborhood is truly family oriented and my kids and I have made lots of new friends. We are very happy living in such a beautiful home in such a great neighborhood where we feel safe and secure. Middel has been there for me for whatever my family has needed. Maintenance issues are always handled immediately and a few months ago when my car was broken into, Matt came over and personally helped me clean up the glass and put plastic over my window. Just last year, after being unexpectedly laid off from my job, the girls in the office were especially caring and understanding. Christian helped me come up with a payment plan so I could continue my lease until finding new work. It is obvious that everyone at Middel truly cares about their tenants. I would recommend leasing from Middel to any and every one.

My family and I have rented a home from Middle Reality for over four years now. During that time we have received great service. Someone is available at all hours of the day and night. When our hot water tank went out, we had a new one installed within hours. Middle Realty takes the time to change filters every year, blows out the sprinklers in the fall and set them up in the spring. They spray for weeds, trim bushes and trees, and they keep with the exterior maintenance of the home. As a tenant with a small child it is greatly appreciated that Middle Realty keep tabs on the activities within their neighborhoods and they keep their tenants informed. We are thankful for the quality of service that they provide to us.

Middle Realty has been a great place to live. We have had the best hospitality from everyone. I was looking at homes and was having a hard time getting into a place because of a situation with are personal life. I called Middle Realty to look at the homes, they where clean and inviting. I told Matt about are situation and they where more and willing to help. We have been here for more then two years. When we need something fix in the home. Getting a hold of someone is easy. If I had to leave a message they have return the call right away. I have been locked out of the house and I called. I was able to get into my home within 5 Min's. We had great luck with Middle Realty. After losing everything in the CA financial death last year our credit was horrible, but they worked with us anyway. After living in one of Middel Properties newer neighborhoods for 10 years, we are probably more than qualified to speak about their attributes.

We are 5 minutes from the Mall and other major shopping areas, less than that from a large park. The streets are quiet and low traffic, which is really nice when our Grandchildren visit. They can ride their bikes without us having to watch their every move.

The entire Middel family has a rare combination of professionalism and "good, old fashioned service". Their property maintenance is unequaled, our furnace is checked twice a year, our trees and shrubs are trimmed when needed. The yards are fertilized and sprayed for weeds several times during the season. Matt even came by and planted a special type of shrub that we wanted in our yard. Our home has been painted twice since we moved in.

A few years ago, our dishwasher was acting funny and we called the office, Marc stopped by within the hour and looked at it for a few minutes and said he would be back. Within a an hour, he returned with a new, upgraded model and replaced the old one. He has even come by to change a light bulb (we have one fixture in the entry that you need a very tall ladder to get to). They are always there when you need them...

Several years back, we had a spring snow storm that was well over 3 feet, Marc and his crew came in with a Bob-Cat and dug out the neighborhood....now, that's dedication.

If you're looking for a home, rather than just a house, the Middel family owned neighborhoods are the ideal place to begin your search.
